Refund policy

Retail:

We reserve the right to replace or refund  non-defective items, subject to our discretion.  PERSONALIZED ITEMS:  Items with custom personalization are non-returnable, except in the case of a product defect. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for personalized items due to their unique nature, however if a mistake is made on our end, we will make sure it is corrected.

Wholesale:

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:  Customer must notify us within 48 hours of order receipt if an item is defective. We will promptly replace the defective item at no additional cost.  NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Customer has up to 5 days after order receipt to notify us of any issues with non-defective items.  We reserve the right to replace or refund. Non-defective items: subject to our discretion.
